i started at 245 originally.
i recently got busy with work and my little one. stepped on my grannies scale and it said I’m down to 220! YAY!
my secret…if any….i eat when the baby eats and work my ass off as work. i work at maurices (retail), so lots of power walking. i went from a size 1x or 2x down to a regular XL (i got big boobies still. :P)
that is all.

Break from the chain and pay attention to your body,

Such a great tip, everytime I go grocery shopping when I am hungry or thirsty, I end up buying everything in sight, everything that sounds appealing at that moment of hunger. Or if I’m thirsty, I end up buying 3 - 4 differnt types of drinks like Arizona iced tea etc.

As long as you don’t do it often it’s okay (once a month or once every two weeks) - but what if you “wanted” a double big mac and fries every day? The more you eat unhealthy foods, the more you will crave it, the more you resist and stop yourself, the less you will crave them. Spoken by a true former unhealthy food addict.
